My all time favorite moment was when Darth Vader Force Choked and killed the Admiral for dropping out of light speed too early on the way to Hoth.

  • My Father is slowly loosing his sight due to a degenerative genetic condition since he was small. One of my favorite memories is him introducing both my sisters and myself to Star Wars while he still had some of his sight. The look of pure joy on both his face and ours watching for the first time as Vader revealed that he was Luke’s father is something I will always cherish.

  • This movie was our first date night after having our baby, so it was the first time he stayed with his grandparents for a long time. I thought about him the whole time, but there was a little boy behind us whose parents had brought him to watch the movie for his birthday. Listening to his running commentary on the movie was the best part.

Star Wars has left me with many fond memories however; my favorite actually comes from Episode 2 where Yoda kicks Count Dookus lame butt. I loved seeing the all time Jedi Master on action!

My favorite moment comes from Episode 2 where Yoda kicks Count Dooku’s butt. I was not fond of the first three episodes but it was great to see Yoda in action.

Greatest memory was at Star Wars weekend when we were in line to see Mark Hamill. Darth Vader walked past my 5 year old and he got caught up in his cape. My 5 year old looked up to see it was Vader himself and jumped back with a look of shock on his face that was just classic!

I will always remember playing Lego Star Wars: The Original Trilogy with my best friend from high school. We played that game for months, for hoooooouurrrrrs on end, completely ignoring any kind of academic or social responsibilities we had. The best part was ruining any canon plot point any chance we got, which meant we had to restart a lot. But that was fine because we would just pick new characters and find all new ways to ruin the plot we all knew and loved. That same friend is the one that camped outside with me to watch all the new Star Wars trilogy movies too. Lots of good Star Wars memories with that guy.

My favorite memory is my friend getting me into Star Wars cause I never thought it would be something I’d like but apparently it was! We were still kids back then and we got lightsaber toys so it was pretty fun playing with those.

We didn’t go to the movies often growing up. When they re-released episode 4 my parents took us kids to see it in the theater. It was amazing and something I’ll never forget. We had already seen it of course, many times. But seeing it as a family on the big screen was a great experience.
