‘Gary and His Demons’ Has the Nihilistic Charm We Crave!

Gary and His Demons is a new show only available on VRV.com about ‘The Chosen One’ named Gary who hunts demons. Unlike the handsomely cool Winchester brothers from Supernatural, Gary is a middle aged man who hates his life. After making every attempt to leave his job, even to the point of considering suicide, he decides to continue on and drag his feet through every adventure until his replacement can be found.

In the world of Gary and His Demons, the demons are legitimately dangerous and often slaughter humans. The mix of savagery along with a heavy pour of depression adds a unique charm unseen by most shows nowadays. The cherry on top of it all is that the mythos is packed full of various tropes we all know and love. When Gary unleashes his full power, he transforms in a Sailor Moon like fashion with full blown twirls and theme song that he sings out loud to himself.

Every episode is a little over 11 minutes long, giving easily consumable content without sacrificing quality. From the moment you start the episode you are given entertainment until the very end of even the credits.

Mondo, the company who made Gary and His Demons, offered up their first episode on their YouTube channel. Don’t just take our word for how good the show is, check it out yourself! For more information, check out VRV.com!
