The 2018 Outlander Sport Drove Like a Dream!

This year we traveled to Anime Los Angeles 2018 in the 2018 Outlander Sport and it was a delight. If you have never heard of Anime Los Angeles, it is one of our favorite conventions in North America that focuses on celebrating the fandom of Anime and Japanese culture.

The journey was from Phoenix, Arizona to Ontario, California and with 28 MPG it didn’t cost much despite being 600+ miles. The Outlander sport was roomy, being able to carry five passengers with a good amount of trunk space. Our group consisted of myself, cosplayers Game2hype and Autumn Dayss, along with our friend Jared. Each one of us had our own bag of supplies as well as various costumes and equipment. Everything was able to fit without issue!

On the road we were grateful to experience a number of the Outlander Sport safety features from the forward collision mitigation, to the lane departure warning. It’s not uncommon to experience the unknown during road trips from speeding drivers, pot holes, blown tires and more. Having these features helps tremendously on all trips no matter the amount of miles in between you and your destination.

Handling the Outlander Sport was a breeze in every way. The audio was crisp and the driving was smooth. We spent the drive chatting with one another about life, love, and anime. This vehicle really made the trip for us because it just took of so much worry from our minds. Mitsubishi always produces great products, but we were even more impressed with this model.

Without a doubt our trip to ALA was enhanced because we got to drive the 2018 Outlander Sport! We can not thank Mitsubishi enough for this opportunity! For more about the Outlander check out and for more information on Anime Los Angeles, check out!
